Tax Sale Scheduled for Tuesday, August 4 Canceled

The Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner's Office tax sale on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 has been canceled, and no tax deed auction will take place.

Our next tax sale is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th, 2026. Registration can be expedited by completing the Bidder Registration Form in advance and submitting in person to the Tax Commissioner’s Office.
