Dealers may choose one of five locations for processing title and/or tag work, by appointment only. Visit the locations page for addresses.
Dealer appointments at these locations are accepted from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the exception of Lawrenceville-DMF.

Transactions at Dealer Desks
All in-person transactions are by appointment only, but drop-off transactions are accepted any time without an appointment.
- Dealer representatives may process up to five title transactions or up to 12 renewal-only transactions during each appointment.
- Dealer representatives may schedule one appointment per day in Gwinnett County.
- Representatives must wait while the transaction is being processed. If you must leave, the transaction is considered a drop-off and will be date stamped and placed in the workflow with the rest of the day's work.
- All applications must be complete and ready to process at time of submission. Tag agents will not make arrangements for vehicle owners to complete title paperwork after it is received.
- Incomplete paperwork will be returned to the dealership for correction. All applications must include the following:
- Georgia title application (MV-1)
- Original title or MSO
- Payment with correct amount
- Any necessary supporting documentation
