Property Tax Information for Mortgage Companies and Tax Services

You may request access to property tax information by emailing TaxCommissionerMortgage@gwinnettcounty.com.  Include your contact name, email address and phone number with your request.

Once tax information is available, you will receive an email with the link to the lender files which can be viewed online or downloaded.

Tax Digest Information

The Tax Digest is offered in two electronic formats on CD: alphabetically by owner name or numerically by parcel number. Tax Digest CDs may be purchased from the Gwinnett County Tax Assessor’s Office. Call 770-822-7200 for more information.
